In order to benefit from WorldPay's charity rates you need to be a registered charity and we ask for your registered charity number on the application page.
This account provides you with everything you need to trade online.
If you would like to take advantage of our multi currency facilities we will give you 3 currencies free of charge included in your annual fee. If you require further currencies these are available at a one-off set up charge of £50, the additional currency set up fee is not an annual fee.
We will settle into a business bank account of your choice weekly. We settle weekly, four weeks in arrears. So in week 5 you will receive the funds your site earned in week 1, in week 6 you will receive the funds your site earned in week 2 and so on. Please note that this is subject to assessment from WorldPay.

WorldAccess allows customers to process all of their credit and debit card payments through their account, extending your sales channel to accept card payments for 'offline' orders placed via mail, fax or telephone. The advantage is that you don't have to install any extra software or hardware, you simply use your existing WorldPay account. You can use this facility before your site has even gone live. There is a one off charge of £100.
FuturePay is our repeat billing solution. It can allow a fixed payment to be taken at regular intervals (like an online Standing Order) or alternatively an unspecified amount to be taken once it is known by you (like an online Direct Debit). There is a one off charge of £100.
For a minimal monthly charge of £20 and a minimum additional transaction charge of 1% (based on, and subject to, the types of products and services which your company provides), your online transactions will be even safer.
We automatically warn of suspect transactions, and supply up-to-date information readily available on our web site, regarding fraud so that you are aware at all times what to look out for and avoid. If you later decide you do not need the product it can be cancelled at any time.
You will need to obtain your Internet Merchant ID's from your Bank.
Remittance of your account will usually happen within three to four working days. This will be negotiated with your bank.
