Actinic Order Manager is a self-contained order download and fulfilment application for merchants who wish to control their order processing but prefer to leave the site maintenance with their designer. • Create and send emails informing customers when their order has shipped
• Back ordering facility to manage out of stock products
• Manage the email history of an order
• Track buying patterns with a set of sales analysis reports
• Export orders as a set of comma-separated (CSV) spreadsheet files
